How do you change the password account on Facebook without knowing the old password

Sometimes you may forget your password for your account on Facebook, and you want to change, but that is not possible, because the Facebook management requires that you enter your old password until you with this process, and so also make sure that you are the owner of that account.

This problem can be easily solved, but how?
